All physical book orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders ship from Europe (The Netherlands). During peak seasons, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.
We ship worldwide using:
- FedEx (USA, Canada, UK, Middle East, Asia, Australia)
- PostNL / International Postal Partners (Europe & selected countries)
All shipments include tracking information.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties or taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
If the address is incorrect, please notify us immediately. Once the package has shipped, we cannot modify the address. Returned packages may require additional shipping fees for resending.
If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a free replacement after carrier investigation.
